Xipai Yufu, Wuhou, Chengdu

The project is situated in the core of Chengdu’s Wuhou New City, positioned between the historic Wuhou Shrine Scenic Area and the Western Intelligence Valley. To the west lies a low-density landscape featuring traditional Western Sichuan gardens, while to the east stands a high-density, high-efficiency industrial zone. The design avoids favoring one side over the other; instead, it orchestrates a dialogue between these two distinct urban typologies: the western side remains quiet and low-density, extending the area’s cultural fabric, while the eastern side is open and public-oriented, echoing the dynamic rhythm of the Intelligence Valley.

The interior design is themed "Parisian Reverie," drawing inspiration from the Paris Opera House and continuing the tradition of exquisite French craftsmanship characteristic of the "Xipai" series. Its core philosophy lies in seamlessly weaving beauty, art, and a "slow living" ethos into the vibrant, everyday street life of Chengdu—allowing French sophistication and Chengdu’s laid-back charm to intermingle. This approach creates an atmosphere that possesses both a sense of ritual and an authentic local flavor, fostering a symbiosis between the artistic elements of daily life and the surrounding industrial environment.
