Guided by "the art of relaxation", the project, nestled beside the Chongqing Longmenhao Old Street, combines historical context with majestic river-and-mountain landscape to create a tranquil, gallery-like living space. The interior adopts a warm palette of beige, coffee, and light wood textures, complemented by handcrafted stones and clean metallic lines, presenting an artistic texture in the interplay of light and shadow. Velvet and fabric accents add a touch of softness, while intentionally blank walls engage in silent dialogue with art installations. All these elements imbue the space with a rich sense of art, embodying an understated yet elegant attitude toward luxurious living.
With the theme of "a 3D forest clubhouse", the nearly 3,000-sqm demonstration zone translates "river views and forests" into an immersive spatial poetry. The first floor of the Building No. 5 boasts the finest river views, serving as a high-end reception area; the ground floor organizes spaces for fat-burning workouts, yoga, and spa, meeting the needs for physical training and mental relaxation. The first floor of the Building No. 4, also with exceptional river views, features an immersive "forest art gallery corridor" that connects to private dining, tea tasting, and audiovisual rooms on the basement, delivering an immersive experience that blends "water, forest, art, and atmosphere". The relatively serene zones of Buildings No. 2 and No. 3 introduce a "playful island tribe" for young children and a "sunset reading lounge" for women, catering to the emotional needs of all age groups with meticulous functionality.
The project not only redefines the language of materials and forms but also blends local cultural heritage and natural imagery into the spatial narrative. With gallery-grade craftsmanship, it reshapes high-end residential amenities, reinterpreting the true essence and warmth befitting a "grand residence".
