Dalian Greentown SPRING BREEZE

Dalian Greentown SPRING BREEZE is positioned around the core vision of forest-inspired natural living and poetic urban retreat. Centered on the design themes of a Forest Academy and an Urban Garden, the project deeply integrates Dalian’s romantic coastal character with contemporary Oriental aesthetics.

Guided by the design philosophy of “an open park outside, a private garden within” and the spatial sequence of “first encountering towering trees, then discovering flourishing blossoms,” the project takes mountains, islands, forests, waves, and flowers as its natural design foundation, while using the narrative of the little swallow as its IP storytelling thread.

Through seven immersive all-age lifestyle scenes and layered multifunctional landscape spaces, the project creates an experiential forest community park, an artistic sunken garden lounge, and the diverse Forest Tales living spaces, ultimately presenting a contemporary urban landscape model where nature, humanity, and art coexist in harmony.
