SNOWLAND snow helmet is custom-engineered for the head and facial structure of Asian users, delivering a more precise fit, enhanced wrapping comfort, and a lightweight experience. The PC shell and EPS liner are integrated through a one-piece molding process, which significantly reduces overall weight while improving structural integrity. Weighing just 375 grams, approximately 30% lighter than comparable helmets, it effectively reduces sustained load on the head and neck, alleviating fatigue during long sessions and helping maintain focus.

A newly optimized airflow system features 11 strategically positioned vents. This layout minimizes drag and guides cool air evenly across the head. An internal surrounding airflow channel creates a complete convection cycle, rapidly removing heat and moisture while preventing localized hot spots.

Addressing a common pain point with goggles, the front vent structure is refined to align with the upper vents of mainstream snow goggles. It actively draws warm, humid air away before it can enter the goggle chamber, notably reducing fogging and ensuring clear vision throughout the ride.

The helmet uses a three-layer composite structure: a high-strength PC outer shell, a high-density honeycomb EPS mid-layer for impact absorption, and a removable, skin-friendly inner liner. The honeycomb structure efficiently absorbs and disperses impact energy through progressive crushing, providing reliable protection. A 32-step rotary dial adjustment system allows for glove-friendly operation and precise fit across different head sizes.
