JinQiao Manutech Park,Jichuangyuan,Headquarters Zone Project is located in Tang Town, Pudong New Area. It aims to build an integrated R&D and production composite industrial ecosystem and an Industry 4.0 innovation highland for intelligent terminal industries. Leveraging intelligent manufacturing technologies, it will develop an eco-friendly park to pursue sustainable development.The factory buildings can meet diverse demands including lab trials, pilot tests, mass production and light manufacturing. Main entrances are arranged along North Miaojing Road to form the urban facade, with internal streets and courtyards inside the site, and green belts plus footpaths alongside Xinxi River as the key landscape interface. High-rise pilot workshop buildings are placed at the north and south ends, while two rows of standalone workshop clusters are laid out in the middle, coordinating traffic organization, landscape design and overall park image.
