About The Entry

Jelly Fabric is specifically engineered to combat the stifling heat and sweat buildup often experienced during exercise in high-temperature environments. The name “Jelly” reflects its tactile similarity to dessert jelly—cool, soft, supple, and highly elastic—creating an instantly recognizable sensory signature. At the same time, it pays homage to NBA star Kyrie Irving’s iconic “Jelly Layup,” reinforcing the product’s identity as a fabric tailored for ANTA’s basketball series and evoking strong emotional resonance with consumers.

This multifunctional fabric achieves a breakthrough in performance through innovative materials and advanced techniques. The back side (for skin contact) employs a 40D/68F nylon yarn, knitted on high-gauge, high-density knitting equipment. The result is a contact coolness coefficient of 0.24 J/(cm2·s)—60% higher than China’s national standard (GB/T 35263–2017)—and a delicate, silky touch. Meanwhile, the front side utilizes an 80S viscose-modal blended yarn, processed via compact spinning and core-spun twisting. This asymmetric construction creates a powerful unidirectional moisture transport system, boasting a moisture-wicking & quick-drying rate of 0.25 g/h—25% above China’s national standard (GB/T 21655.1–2019). Moreover, the dull nylon yarn used in the back side incorporates nano-sized titanium dioxide at the masterbatch stage, efficiently blocking UVA rays by effectively scattering them. The fibers in the front side are treated with a proprietary modification technology to provide lasting AAA-grade antibacterial protection.

Jelly Fabric strictly adheres to eco-friendly principles, ensuring zero ecological pollution throughout the entire material production process. Moving forward, the brand will continuously introduce recycled and natural fibers to promote a green circular economy, remaining dedicated to leveraging technology for environmental conservation.
