As urban and rural development accelerates, overhead power and communication lines crossing roads are becoming increasingly dense. Consequently, traffic hazards associated with over-height vehicles have become more prominent. Meanwhile, traditional static warning signs suffer from poor nighttime visibility and fixed height limit values, making it impossible to adjust them to specific local conditions. In response, this product innovatively integrates a photovoltaic power generation system with a dot-matrix display, delivering a new proactive traffic warning solution.
Ingeniously, the product adopts the form of a ginkgo leaf, where photovoltaic panels are installed on both sides of the blade and a dot-matrix display serves as the elongated petiole, seamlessly blending functional components with natural aesthetics. Equipped with a light sensor, it automatically switches between operating modes according to the day-night cycle: during the day, it displays only the height limit value; at night, it activates a comprehensive “illumination + value” warning. Moreover, its highly penetrating red LED light is visible from up to 200 meters away at night. The product also supports infrared remote control so that users can adjust the height limit value within 5 meters and customize light flashing patterns, flexibly meeting the needs of various scenarios. A high-efficiency photovoltaic charging module, paired with a rechargeable battery that supports up to 1,000 full charge-discharge cycles, guarantees worry-free endurance for round-the-clock operation.
In terms of craftsmanship and materials, the display utilizes an exclusive, patented integrated lamination process and boasts a high-strength ETFE film—the same material used in the Water Cube (Beijing National Aquatics Center)—achieving both a lightweight construction and high light transmission. The plastic housing has successfully passed a rigorous 1,000-hour weathering test, ensuring no embrittlement or cracking after three years of outdoor exposure. The line clamp is made from a new wear-resistant, conductive TPU material using advanced technology; it also features a corona-resistant design to effectively prevent conductor damage caused by arcing. In addition, the product allows for highly convenient installation (quick low-altitude installation via line sticks and seamless high-altitude installation via drones), significantly enhancing efficiency and safety for operators.
