About The Entry
Wuhan’s urban fabric is shaped by the Han River, where water, settlement, and daily life form an enduring cultural continuum. Located in the Lingjiao Lake area of Jianghan District, within a key urban regeneration zone, the project explores a future-oriented model of integrated residential living.
Guided by the concept “GREEN PULSE,” the project establishes a continuous ecological and spatial system that connects river landscape, urban structure, and everyday life into a unified framework.
Water acts as the primary structuring element, shaping circulation, spatial sequence, and experiential identity through elevated walkways, neighborhood landscapes, garden spaces, and water-oriented environments.
The design translates a 10-minute living framework into a layered residential experience defined by five dimensions—safety, comfort, warmth, vitality, and health—integrating landscape into daily urban life.
As the surrounding urban fabric evolves, the community gradually transitions from a defined residential enclave into an open urban interface where streets and landscape merge into a continuous public realm.
Through the integration of ecological structure, spatial connectivity, and human-centered living, the project redefines residential landscape as a living extension of the city and the river.
