VITAL VILLA, Chengdu

Located in Chengdu and covering a total area of 48,247.48 square meters, VITAL VILLA, Chengdu is developed as a fourth-generation residential community. Guided by the landscape concept of “PARADISE IN FOREST,” the project responds to contemporary residential aspirations by creating a nature-oriented living environment within the urban core.

Breaking away from the enclosed model of traditional residential communities, the design establishes a three-dimensional landscape framework connecting urban parks, community gardens, and private gardens. The adjacent municipal park is incorporated into the arrival experience, extending the landscape sequence beyond the site boundary and creating a gradual transition from city to home.

A series of landscape spaces, including the Homecoming Island Foyer, Canyon Garden, and the central PARADISE Garden, guide residents through a layered spatial journey. Public gardens, entrance gardens, private courtyards, and sky gardens are interconnected to form a continuous landscape system that supports diverse modes of everyday living.

Through the integration of urban landscape resources and residential open spaces, the project creates a garden-oriented community characterized by spatial continuity, immersive greenery, and a strong connection between nature and daily life. The result is a contemporary residential landscape that redefines the relationship between city, garden, and home.
