The project adopts the theme of "Lingnan Brushstrokes, Timeless Artistic Conception", following the narrative thread of Lingnan School of Painting's creative process. It translates the freehand line drawing and boneless color-washing techniques of the Lingnan School into spatial language, while drawing design inspiration from the four renowned Lingnan gardens. By structuring the landscape around the painting creation sequence, it forms a "Five Realms, Ten Scenes" framework where every step unfolds like a painting, creating the core backbone of Lingnan artistic ambiance. The design integrates natural stone with modern craftsmanship, pairing beige and dark gray imitation stone tiles to present a warm, organic texture. Through meticulously crafted hotel-style refined facades, it cultivates an elegant, understatedly luxurious living atmosphere with exceptional tactile quality.
