Located in the core area of Century City on the south bank of the Qiantang River, the project centers its design on the concept of ‌"Three-Dimensional Forest Valley"‌, revolutionizing urban landscape creation through innovative spatial layout and scene design.

Spatially, it breaks through the constraints of urban land use, building a vertical landscape system by leveraging terrace elevation differences and cascading tiered water features. The boundaryless design blurs the lines between architecture and landscape, indoor and outdoor spaces, as well as the community and nature, forming a transparent, interconnected forest valley layout. In terms of scene design, adhering to the philosophy of "planting forests into daily life", it integrates natural ecology, artistic aesthetics and wellness resort attributes. With seasonal vegetation and flowing spaces that soften the boundaries between the city and time, it creates a future community model that seamlessly combines boundaryless art, immersive forest experiences and resort-style living. The spatial sequence unfolds orderly from the urban interface: the over 90-meter street-facing facade features an array of 12 snow-pattern luxury stone screens, cascading water features and sculpted podocarpus trees to form a ceremonial entrance, with a hotel-style drop-off zone enabling a smooth natural transition between the city and the community. Moving inward, a tiered cascading water courtyard is created by utilizing the approximately 7-meter elevation difference paired with a sunken courtyard, where a king-sized holly tree and Monet-style flower borders craft a layered, rich forest valley ambiance. The circulation extends to the Cloud Top Lounge, which frames panoramic views of the forest scenery and accommodates exclusive social scenarios for leisure, business discussions and reading sessions. The Forest Bath Garden, equipped with mist systems and fire-pit gathering spaces, delivers an immersive natural wellness experience. At the far end, the Starry Sky Pool draws artistic texture from Van Gogh's The Starry Night, paired with a shallow children's play area and relaxation platforms, merging artistic aesthetics with resort experiences to fully realize the core essence of boundaryless forest living.
