About The Entry

The project is positioned as Guangming's first ‌"Southern French Art Floating Island Garden"‌ in Shenzhen. Drawing the core essence of top-tier living from Cheval Blanc Saint-Tropez, it rejects rigid replication and focuses on the Southern French lifestyle philosophy of "premium quality, artistry, and boundless nature".

Spatially, it elevates the design logic from "function-first" to "experience-ultimate", with three disciplines collaborating to deliver a cohesive fluid design language and unified visual elements. Adopting an elevated-platform layout, the project leverages topographic elevation differences to build a suspended "château-style" sunken clubhouse, integrating resort living and garden exploration.

Through a "de-real estate" design, it emphasizes high-end custom residential quality tailored to Guangdong’s local temperament, creating Shenzhen’s top-tier social hub centered on a luxury swimming pool with authentic Southern French resort-style plant atmosphere.

Built around five core themed scenes, the project constructs a fully dimensional, immersive Southern French art resort landscape system. The Arc de Triomphe-inspired entrance extracts French ritual aesthetics, using gentle curved surfaces paired with stone and metal lines to present hotel-level light luxury texture. The ground adopts an iteratively optimized "future armor" mosaic pattern, where symmetrical textures balance order and visual tension. Through meticulous stone layout and joint polishing, it achieves a perfect unification of aesthetics and precision craftsmanship. The sunken Muse Manor centers on light French parterre landscaping, complemented by exclusive Southern French vegetation and rhythmically arranged covered corridor columns, creating an artistically sacred château-style courtyard. The core Azure Floating Island Pool Atrium integrates Southern French coastal charm and modern art design, aligning with Shenzhen's coastal urban texture. With custom stone craftsmanship, it creates eight naturally relaxing high-end social resort spaces. The Champs-Élysées Art Gallery adopts a single-side cantilevered structure, using a light, transparent art circulation path to connect all landscape nodes across the entire site. The Nice Greenhouse draws inspiration from the original atmosphere of old town flower markets in Southern France, softening spatial boundaries to form a greenhouse space that balances artistic texture and practical value. This design fully realizes the transformative upgrade of residential landscapes from basic functional spaces to high-end resort-level super scenes.
