Transfer Board

The Rotary Transfer Board is an assistive device specifically designed for home care and rehabilitation support, intended to assist individuals with limited mobility in safely and efficiently transferring between beds, sofas, seats, and wheelchairs.

Unlike the sliding motion of traditional transfer boards, the Rotary Transfer Board combines a rotatable seating disc with a controlled sliding rail mechanism. It replaces the manual pushing force typically required by conventional boards with a low-resistance, guided sliding motion, making the transfer process easier, smoother, and safer. This design is particularly suitable for users with limited upper-body strength, as it enables position changes without additional effort during sliding, significantly reducing physical strain on both the user and the caregiver.

The rotatable seating disc is constructed from high-strength composite materials with a modular load-bearing structure. Multiple internal stress points are evenly distributed to maintain structural stability under various angular loads, ensuring a firm and locked position even under lateral thrust or sudden loading. Combined with a controlled sliding path, the rotating disc allows for easy directional adjustments while preserving the user's seated stability, thereby reducing discomfort and risk caused by torso twisting.
