Beneath the coconut breeze and sea rhyme, we embrace the beauty of this island. Designed by CHD/Studio, the Ascott Apartment Hotel of Shandong Energy Group in Haikou has officially opened. Nestled in this coastal paradise, it inaugurates a harmonious blend of elegance and nature, presenting a perfect integration of exploration, life and art, and kicking off a brand-new chapter of coastal dwelling.

Located in the Ecological CBD of the Headquarters Economic Zone in Jiangdong New Area, Haikou, the hotel covers a total land area of 11,155.45 square meters. In strict accordance with urban superior planning requirements, the project features a landmark architectural form of a "twin-tower gateway". Its integrated main structure forms a distinctive urban gateway, closely connecting with the city and creating a vibrant commercial street atmosphere. The high-rise guest rooms boast panoramic sea views, paired with a rooftop infinity pool, fully highlighting the unique charm and refined style of this coastal project.

Centered on the design theme of "A Journey to the Wonderlands of Southern Sea", the project draws on the concept of the contemporary Maritime Silk Road, integrating international fashion with the essence of Hainan's regional culture. Digging into the local characteristics of Haikou, the "Coconut City", the design transforms local natural elements such as swaying coconut trees and coastal scenery into diverse spatial design languages including lamps, architectural shapes and decorative patterns. It also absorbs the cultural charm of the Maritime Silk Road and the broad artistic conception of classical poetry, linking the cultural imagery of the ancient and modern maritime Silk Road.
