As a smartphone attachment thermal camera, RISION Magic combines professional infrared technology with the computing and interaction capabilities of a mobile device. Using AI-assisted image processing and the smartphone camera, it creates visible-thermal fusion from a single infrared lens, expanding the capabilities of conventional portable thermal imagers without adding another camera module. Users access thermal viewing, temperature analysis, recording, data management, and report generation through a familiar touchscreen interface.

The design is built around a deliberate CMF strategy that balances professional durability with the visual refinement of consumer electronics. The dark gray-black aluminum-alloy body is CNC-machined, sandblasted, and anodized to create a uniform matte surface with resistance to wear, corrosion, and fingerprints. A gold front frame, finished with a PVD coating, draws attention to the optical module while also serving as a recognizable visual signature. A brushed-texture lens bezel reinforces the product’s precise, technical character while making minor surface scratches less apparent.

Rather than relying on a uniform plastic or metal enclosure, RISION Magic integrates multiple materials, colors, and finishing processes to create a distinctive identity and strengthen product recognition. The aluminum-alloy structure provides impact protection and supports heat dissipation, while engineering-plastic components reduce weight and improve handling comfort.

The body follows the natural curve of the palm to support stable operation during extended inspections. Its compact size, rounded transitions, and restrained detailing create a balanced and comfortable grip when connected to a smartphone.

Beyond its physical design, RISION Magic supports real-time temperature graphs, simultaneous multi-point/line/area measurement, post-capture analysis, and auto-formatted report generation.
