WENLING CLASSIC VILLA

The project is located in Wenling, Zhejiang, adjacent to the Jiulong Lake Wetland Ecological Park. It is surrounded by water on three sides and connected to the city on one side, forming a unique peninsula shape. The Jiulong Lake tributary is introduced into the park, constructing a nearly thousand square meter super water axis and creating a rare low-density residential area near the water in Wenling.

We have diverted water into the park, constructed a three-dimensional water landscape garden, and created the most natural island vacation life. With a semi wild texture, we have preserved a poetic and secluded place for the city to live. The central mirror pool reflects the sunlight, extending the depth and charm of the space, extracting the distribution rhythm of Wenling Island, and constructing a green island in the water with rugged stacked stones and lush green plants. Three sunken courtyards are arranged in a staggered and harmonious manner, connecting multiple functional spaces to achieve a natural blend of architecture and landscape. On the south side is a serene sunken courtyard surrounded by cliffs and waterfalls, blending with the scenery of the pond, translating the Wenling Cold Pit Dragon Pool into this place. The sunken courtyard on the west side is translated as Changyu Dongtian Waterfall, reproducing the falling momentum and clear sound of Dongtian Waterfall. Outside the indoor swimming pool, the layered cliff wall is translated into Wenling Shitang Town cave stone wall using modern techniques. The layered flower beds are like layers of trees on the cliff wall, with green shade rising straight up.
