This non‑standard design breaks the conventional pattern of single‑function commercial spaces. It integrates natural forms with commercial interfaces, achieving harmonious unification of plants, water features, outdoor‑style seating and retail outlets, and delivering a boundary‑blended experience between public and private zones.

Muguang Island at Longfor Daxing Paradise Walk is located in the Tiangongyuan area of Daxing District, Beijing. Departing from conventional commercial design logic, the project centers on “non‑standard commerce” and deeply embeds the value of a third‑layer green space beyond buildings and retail stores. Pervasive soft green landscapes soften the cold rigidity of architecture and infuse the whole space with vitality.
