The check-in lobby on the fourteenth floor— our “Square at Fourteen Avenue”—is the vibrant heart of the hotel, a hub for meeting and mingling. At Fifteenth Avenue stands Power/Apex House, inspired by the historic Shanghai Rowing Club founded in 1863. Wood-paneled ceilings, darkterracotta tiles, and a timeless fireplace honor the past, while indoor-outdoor furnishings connect heritage craftsmanship with modern leisure.Playful yet nostalgic backdrops make it ideal for social storytelling. The guest tower continues this residential concept. Corridors capture the essence of neighborhood streets, with designs highlighting the silhouetteof the native plane tree. The vestibule features a bench and carpet-inspired flooring for warmth, while free-standing wardrobes guide guests to the bathroom, where3D tiles evoke the intimacy of a home. Bedrooms are divided into sleeping and sunroom areas, furnished with cozy décor for relaxation.
