About The Entry

Non-marking Conductive Forklift Solid Tire is developed for clean workshops, electronics warehouses, food and pharmaceutical facilities where floor cleanliness and electrostatic safety are both critical. Conventional black solid tyres can leave marks and rubber residue on clean floors, while ordinary non-marking tyres may lack the conductivity needed to dissipate static charge. If static continues to accumulate during vehicle movement and cargo handling, it can damage chips and other sensitive electronic components and may also create an explosion risk in dusty environments. The design therefore combines non-marking performance and electrical conductivity within one tyre, protecting clean floors while continuously dissipating static during operation. This integrated approach also reduces the need for companies to purchase, stock and replace two separate specialised tyre types.

The tyre uses a broad, low-profile tread with grooves that change direction across the centre in a clear, ordered rhythm. Repeated shoulder elements form a continuous outer boundary and give the tread a stable visual structure. The soft, light-coloured rubber reduces the heavy appearance associated with conventional black industrial tyres and fits naturally within clean electronics, pharmaceutical and food-production environments. Close control of moulding and vulcanisation keeps the surface smooth and even, with minimal colour variation, flash or rough edges. The restrained colour, orderly tread pattern and refined finish give the tyre a cleaner, more precise industrial appearance.

During travel, braking and steering, the light-coloured compound helps avoid black marks and rubber residue on clean floors, reducing repeated cleaning and surface maintenance.

Conductive rubber dissipates static charge generated by vehicle movement and cargo friction, helping limit charge build-up around circuit boards, precision components and environments containing dust or solvents.

A wide contact patch and combined longitudinal-transverse tread pattern help reduce vehicle vibration while maintaining steering response, giving operators steadier control during material handling.

Bridges between paired shoulder blocks increase tread rigidity at the outer edge, supporting stable tracking when the forklift changes direction under load.
