About The Entry
ZHONGJIAN·FEICUITIANXU XINGYU in the heart of Changsha's bustling center, yet it chooses to let nature permeate life without boundaries. The project is structured around the concept of "building the garden following the vein of Gui Tang" extending the breathing rhythms of rivers and forests from the city park into the residential lobby. Gradual immersion replaces rigid separation, turning the return home into an emotional transition from urban clamor to forested tranquility.
The landscape design adopts the rhododendron—the city flower of Changsha—as its spiritual totem, integrating its vibrant red into warm wooden tones, translating the curves of its petals into paving and lattice patterns. The "Flourishing Flower Pavilion" marks the ceremonial entrance, locally resonating with the exquisite craftsmanship of Xiang embroidery, embedding the temperament of Changsha into the landscape texture. The Forest Water Courtyard and the Green Island Water Courtyard evoke a hotel-style resort atmosphere, where water, islands, forests, and stones complement each other. Every corner is designed to invite lingering, with sunlight and water features reflecting one another.
Outside is the bustle, inside is the forest dwelling— ZHONGJIAN·FEICUITIANXU XINGYU removes the boundaries between park and home, integrating luxurious daily living seamlessly, quietly awaiting a profound appreciation of both nature and the city.
