The second phase of Huaneli Yongjing is located in the core area of Huaneli Zhengmai, situated in an unparalleled prime location in the provincial capital. It fully embodies the "Màn-style Hidden Luxury" aesthetic, aiming to create a hidden yet luxurious urban core, treasured within, and allowing residents to leisurely enjoy their daily lives. Drawing inspiration from the relaxed and vacation-like atmosphere of high-end hotels, it integrates this essence into everyday living. This design concept not only enhances the quality of living but also provides residents with a unique lifestyle, enabling them to find a tranquil and relaxing haven amidst the bustling urban environment.

Drawing from recent practical experiencesin housing, we have pursued the value of 'Living Community' as a response to'the construction of relationships between housing and the city.' By increasing shared spaces, we aim to enhance community engagement; through forward-looking design, we seek to elevate the temporal value of housing; by integrating comfort with fashion, we enhance consumers' sensory experiences; and through ecological planning that maximizes sunlight exposure, we strive for a harmonious unity among architecture, landscape, and environment.

Adopting an 'Urban Design' perspective in our work, the primary goal is to connect fragmented urban spaces while improving the public space system across the entire area— ultimately promoting 'Urban Value.' Guided by this philosophy, our design plan transcends conventional residential practices that rely on closed walls at boundaries. Instead, it transforms the eastern boundary into high-quality open spaces with pocket parks designed to alleviate the oppressive nature of city walls towards both east

and south.
