Guangzhou Nansha Sci-Tech Innovation Center Life&Health Park

Located in the Guangzhou Nansha Bio Valley, the project is a comprehensive life and health industrial park that integrates biopharmaceutical R&D, pilot-scale translation, industrialized production, corporate headquarters, and lifestyle amenities.

The project covers a total land area of approximately 116,500 square meters, with a total gross floor area of approximately 440,400 square meters and a floor area ratio of 3.5. Of this, the industrial floor area counted toward the FAR is approximately 346,700 square meters, while the dormitory and ancillary facilities account for approximately 61,200 square meters. Targeting pharmaceuticals, diagnostic reagents, medical devices, medical aesthetics, and related life and health industries, the park establishes a multi-tiered industrial space system that spans R&D incubation, pilot-scale acceleration, and large-scale production.

In response to the multiple demands of high-intensity development, complex industrial processes, and a high-quality spatial environment, the design seeks to break away from the monotonous, enclosed spatial model of conventional industrial parks. Grounded in industrial functions, connected by public spaces, and inspired by the Lingnan landscape of Guangdong, China, it explores a new park design paradigm in which industrial efficiency, architectural form, and ecological and humanistic values are mutually integrated.
