This six-story building has existed for over four decades. After thoughtful planning, re-configure the layouts and moving flows, successfully transforming the awkward corners and domains into functional living spaces. For instance, arrange an additional area for serving light meals and giving family gathering parties. Follow the sheeny lighting and unique curved corner wall to wander in the house, superbly delight the vision and mind.



This six-story building was originally a workplace. In order to make it possible for the property owner to take work and life into account, we carefully renovate the fourth and fifth floors to create a home; and bring a new life to the 40-year-old building successfully. In terms of spatial planning, arrange public areas such as an entryway foyer, a living room, a dining room, and a study on the fourth floor. And then, set up private domains on the fifth floor, like the master bedroom Ensuite and secondary bedrooms for the three children. Skillfully meet the needs of interaction and simultaneously keep personal privacy for the family of five.



Due to the irregular-shaped structure, we unleash creativity to re-configure an open pattern area for serving light meals on the fourth floor and a cozy family room on the fifth floor.
