Skyline Mansion Sales Center is located in the core area of Bai'etan, with double scenery of river and garden. With both growth and scarcity, Ocean Design was research TOD city theory, combining space with human settlement, commerce, social interaction, ecology and the dynamic interaction of people, proposed the design concept of "Contemporary Garden Notes". Taking the user's movement line as the context, integrating the profound humanities and the double scenery of the river and the garden, and upgrading from the planning layout, garden landscape, community facilities, and ecosystem, etc., to optimize the space and bring the ideal life into reality.
