Impression Wonderland Phase IV and V, Mianyang

Located in Youxian District, Mianyang City, Impression Wonderland is constructed on a natural mountain area. Sitting at a high position in the district, it overlooks the wonderful scenery of Fujiang River and adjoins a mountain park on the west.

With "Hanging yards amid mountains and waters" as its theme, the project features stacked villas, and focuses on creating a poetic living environment in which every household enjoys a private yard. The upper, middle and lower villas all possess an entrance yard. Those independent entrances and yards provide each household with private spaces. Besides, elevators exclusive for middle-level villas greatly enhance the sense of rituality of the occupants' homecoming circulation and experience. Meanwhile, a central yard is implanted between the living room and the dining room for all middle and upper villas, functioning as a family activity space to unleash the diversified creativity of life. Through layers of setbacks, upper villas create hanging yards for each room, in which the dwellers could enjoy the stars and moon, and embrace the charming scenery of Fujiang River.

The building facades adopt asymmetric forms, which appear lightweight and stretched, complementing the river view. Terraces of the stacked villas are set back layer by layer from bottom up, highlighting the unique image of "hanging yards". Additionally, the large-scale French windows make the buildings more transparent and lighter, and bring the interior excellent landscape views and ample daylighting. With dark colors as the basic tone, the buildings appear steady and magnificent. Light-colored lines formed by stone-like coatings clearly outline the contours of the buildings, which are sedate yet elegant.
