The "Xi'an Gemdale Metropolis Light" project is located in the Gaoling Life Development Zone of Xi'an City, as a re-upgrade of the Gemdale Green Department in the western district, reflecting the modern, warm, simple and natural style of the Green Department. The project covers an area of 41 acres, west of Luyuan Avenue, south of Weiyang Seventh Road, only 500 meters away from Yuchu Station of Metro Line 10 under construction, with convenient transportation, pleasant environment and promising future development potential. As the image business card of the entire building, the sales office shows the relationship between future users and the building itself, the environment and even society. The design of this project redefines a way of experiencing and perceiving life through spatially differentiated experience organization and creative expression. In the atmosphere of the space full of innocence and dreamy colors, the original sales function is also balanced, so that visitors feel happy and relaxed, and it becomes an ideal home for residents who are willing to stay. The city is the place to provide what is needed. The space attached to the city is like a complex living system. Designers think about creating a meaningful space that interacts with nature, where people can poetically inhabit the city, and where good memories and emotions can be passed on.
