Shenzhen Yantian Maliushe Urban Renewal Project

The overall planning conforms to the planned road and terrain, and establishes the connection between mountain park and Yantian River. The inspiration of building facade design comes from "sea", and the keynote is "blue + white". The rounded and soft edges of the building eliminate the rigid boundaries, so that the building is more closely integrated into the surrounding environment, and the main building from various urban angles can obtain a rich level of facade display visual effects.

The project layout is one tower in each of the north and south blocks. The two towers are relocated in different places and linked by landscape platform. The south block is a comprehensive tower of "innovative industry + industrial R&D housing + dormitory", while the north block is an industrial R&D housing.
