SKYLINE MANSION

The project adopts the overall planning form of "nine peaks and two axes, dislocation layout", which reflects the distinctive traditional culture and regional characteristics. The skyline of the nine towers is high in the north and low in the south, high in the middle and low in the periphery, forming two axes of north-south and east-west, which conform to the urban layout and spatial ritual sense of oriental aesthetics. Ingenious use of the form of dislocation layout to fully extend the distance between buildings.

The business part is implanted with the theme of "mountain and flowing water meets bosom friend". The office tower creates a three-dimensional greening through the scattered retreat gardens, creating a new type of sky garden-style office space that is green, low-carbon and energy-saving. The commercial street introduces the concept of "Jihuafang", the ground and underground spaces are completely connected, breaking the single linear space of the traditional commercial street, creating a scene-style block with rich spatial layers, integrating the Lingnan culture, and implanting the spatial composition with the regional cultural characteristics of Lingnan and Foshan elements, and integrated to create a business scene with the times, regions and cultures.

The facade design of the residence combines Lingnan culture and fashion art. The classic and elegant appearance is integrated into the exquisiteness and softness of Lingnan architecture. The details reflect the sense of customization and handcraft.
