Yuexi Loft Model House

This project is located in Wenzhou, China, with an area of 90 square meters. Inspired by top-end commercial hotels that emphasize humanitarian care, the designer works to create an elegant and luxurious home with boutique hotel styled experience for residents to live, social contact and work.



Large patterned marble walls and metal ribbon typed lighting are integrated into the spacious flowing living room with dark green, light gray and dark hues. The wooden tea table and items displayed on the shelf and wall give the room a simple yet elegant ambience. People can experience the Zen state while sitting quietly in the tea room, or they can drink tea and chat with friends to feel free and at ease with the leisurely pace of life. With curry brown and dark green as base tone in bedroom, the free floating window, cloakroom, dangling spherical lighting and scenery wall painting enhance the space’s layer, so that people can unwind their bodies and mind.



Given the loft's qualities, the designer incorporates the occupants' functional demands, aesthetic values, and role positioning to produce an environment that combines exquisite artistic charm with vibrant spiritual connotation. In this way, those who live here can take pleasure in life while pursuing inner values.
