Hangzhou C&D Manyun is the first work of the fourth generation of C&D real estate Chinese-style series products. Drawing inspiration from the geology of culture and the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal, about 600 meters away from the canal, the luxurious residence was created.

Manyun explores innovative ways in the international context, writes the Chinese rhythm of Huizhou architecture, and restores the Jiangnan feelings in the creation of a Zen environment. Following the design method of the one-axis and three-entry courtyard set by the traditional Chinese Confucian etiquette system, the traditional culture and garden elements are stripped and reorganized, and the poetic and elegant attitude of life without lack of modernity is implanted, reproducing a national mansion with unique charm

Fristly, the design starts from the most exquisite "facade", in the architecture, the ceremonial doorway adopts symmetrical architectural techniques, and the roof adopts the dark gray corrugated board with complex craftsmanship and rich Jiangnan charm to create a Chinese Tang style eaves. The overall architectural color echoes the white wall and black tiles of Chinese architecture, presenting a delicate and elegant facade effect.

Secondly, four sides are corridors, the inner side is the central water feature, the half pavilion admires the lake, the bottom of the water is swirling to the heart, interpreting the "heavenly circle place" ceremony, the swirling water feature means the cornucopia, the water is gathered for the upper pool, and the wealth of the four parties is like the water of the heavens, which flows in continuously.

The third realm garden brings a sense of hidden nature under the exploration of a series of spaces, and we hope that the space place will feedback a free and relaxed garden life state

From the Jiangnan garden, the three elements that match the project are extracted, "mountain stones, water waterfalls, flowers and trees", to interpret the Jiangnan scenery like ink painting, simple and idyllic.
