Star Atlas

Star Atlas is a custom cabinet series with artistic pleasure, which utilizes the avant-garde and highly futuristic relief design to communicate the modern fashion aesthetics of domestic furnishing.

Designed with inspiration from the star altas, this cabinet series acts as a carrier of the design team's exploration of the past and vision for the future. Styled in a bold and innovative manner, the whole cabinet series features a balanced combination of weaves finish (symbolizing Retro) and sleek line patterns (symbolizing Futurism), showing the artistry of "order in randomness". Such a combination of multiple textures also channels the delicate touch into visual enjoyment, subtly engaging occupants' all senses by means of synaesthesia. Moreover, the warm-toned background formed by the above weaves finish and patterns enhances and humanizes the home space with a cozy and warm ambiance.

In terms of the originally developed zero-aldehyde antibacterial technology applied to the whole panels, it is quite effective in minimizing the release of aldehyde gases and maximizing the absorption of harmful gases. The application of this innovative technology creates a health-friendly home environment for occupants.

The ergonomics-based embedded metal handle is comfortable to grip and easy to pull. The metal arc-shaped open shelf is rounded and harmoniously integrated into the cabinet via visual transition. The above two jointly channel the artistry of the project from vision to touch, elevating the interactive experience to the next level.
