Soft sunrise sprinkles down through the velvety jet-black blinds in the blurry morning as waving silk chiffon surrounds a room of onyx-black and bistre-brown. Neat hardware intermingled with warm wood gave the home an orderly and tranquil ambiance. The homeowner reclines casually on the leather sofa among the shadow in the flow of light, enjoying his placid morning.



Illuminated by the track lighting, the loft-style house is furnished with dark walnut flooring, leather soft trim, and Eerie black hardware while preserving the original ceiling piping. Moreover, we integrated a low fair-faced concrete partition after removing an interior wall between the living room and the study to create an open-plan living room and personal style for the homeowner.



Durable wood flooring toned with eerie black hardware and soft trim. Apply onyx-black paint on the TV wall, the exposed beam of the study, and the door of the main bedroom, which results in a rich linear pattern via non-uniform texture and works in concert with the wood grain floor and the hardware contour. In addition, the original piping and construction of the ceiling unify the loft-style design.



Demolish the wall behind the sofa, creating an open study room with an L-shaped partition where the homeowner can view the entire public placement while reading or working. Hand-painted fair-faced concrete of the external partition and the brick orange of the bedroom back wall bring the love of handiwork with their luster and texture.



As the home lighting, the track light demonstrates the space of the living room and decoration; the study’s ceiling with tube light provides adequate light for reading and working. In the adjacent dining room, the unique wheel chandeliers create a uniformity of loft design and integrate into the black map shown behind the table. We believe the imagery of perpetual spinning will inspire the travel lover to keep exploring and experiencing the world.
