Overseas Chinese Town Happy World·Wenzhou

The project base is located in the center of Ouhai District, Wenzhou, near the Ouhai District Government and high-speed railway station of Wenzhou. The surrounding facilities of the project are complete with convenient transportation and rich landscape resources. Niu Shan Park is in the north and Chuitai Mountain is in the south.

The eight plots of land for the project are divided into two sections: commercial block and residential part.

For the design of commercial blocks, more attention is paid to the creation of commercial atmosphere. At the intersection corner of four commercial plots, banyan trees are reserved, and the entrance space and commercial square of the block are formed through the insertion and concession of architectural forms. Image design emphasizes the recognition of business through the proper proportion of body pieces, the use of colors and the collocation of different material skins. The Ferris wheel set on the commercial roof along Ouhai Avenue and the highly iconic entertainment structures set off a lively and cheerful business atmosphere. The residential plot is bounded by Shamen Road and divided into two groups: North and South.

Planning and design emphasize the enclosure of groups to form a complete community garden; Based on the principle of landscape maximization, as many houses as possible have mountain views outside and garden views inside, so as to improve the living quality. The type of buildings is mainly high-rise residential buildings, and the height depends on the height restriction requirements of land use, and conforms to the mountain shape of Niu Shan on the north side: low in the south, high in the north, and gradual rise, forming a rich urban interface skyline.
