MOFAN Live | Derivative

The project is an interior design for a three-story commercial villa. The designer, with an inclusive and open attitude, progressively designs the unified, clear and dynamic space by capturing the fresh elements of the times, such as nature, technology and business, conveying the innovative, integrated and diverse culture of the enterprise in the new era.
As a public space where people are widely gathered, the first floor is an important place for the outside to establish a first understanding of corporate culture and tone. Therefore, with the youthful mentality of “no one can define me”, the designer incorporates a unique idea of technology into the modern office space to express nature, color and a fashionable attitude. Forms such as art galleries and flexible division of space visually increase the permeability of the room and broaden the visual range, thereby relieving stress. And the multipurpose area not only provides a place for employees to rest, but also can be used to entertain customers, improving space utilization. In addition, the logo of the corporate rotates gorgeously anywhere people can see it, with the spherical screen complementing the technology-inspired lighting, effectively deepening people’s recognition of the enterprise.
Compared with the lively and diversified first floor, the second and third floors with a modern and simple design create an exquisite, calm business atmosphere and a warm and elegant space in terms of color, materials and shape. The low saturation color of the entire space brings a sense of calm and rationality, with local bright colors to break the dullness. Meanwhile, the natural atmosphere of plants complements the performance of materials such as wood and metal, making the space more flexible and vivid, combined with various top shapes and partition forms to enrich space level.
