Longyin Shanfang is a Chinese restaurant space themed on “mountain forests in cities with natural beauty”, which is designed based on the exploration of the philosophy of “people and object”, “object and space”, and “space and people”, conveying the unique oriental elegance and aesthetics of the Chinese people through the collision of landscape, cultural spirit and oriental aesthetics.
From nature, it is based on the landscape, oriental feelings, and quiet quality, complemented by contemporary design and processing methods to restore nature’s simple sense of authenticity and shrink the boundlessness of nature in one space. This project adopts artistic methods, such as holographic laser projection and video, to create changing landscape, making user feel like they are immersed in the landscape and blended with nature.
The Longyin Shanfang carries artistic ideas, atmosphere and language, and incorporates the charm of art into the design of objects, dining rooms, places, and artistic conception. The designer has the ability to transcend ordinary design, interpreting the cultural space of contemporary Oriental aesthetics with the cultural spirit of landscape, thus making it not only a space for users to enjoy Chinese food and nature, but also a haven to escape the hustle and bustle of the world and nourish the mind.
