We successfully bring adequate sunlight into the delightful house for the family through the layout reconfiguration and architectural renovation. And create a carport that still retains a smooth flow pattern. Additionally, we leave sufficient space for the female owner, also as a designer, to freely sprinkle her creativity and craft appealing rhythms, bit by bit.



We skillfully broaden the front yard to a carport thanks to the massive living room. Apply the gray and white stone wall coating on the façade to beautify the old-aged house exterior that also presents a gradient color surface and makes it less streaky with its grainy texture. Strikingly modernize a historic house with a warm and inviting ambiance.



We exploit a transparent carport roof to introduce as much light as possible to filter through the window. Artfully remove the partition and connect the kitchen with the front yard and backyard, curating a great flow of the public areas. The open-plan kitchen is the best place for homeowners who love to cook and bring friends together. Moreover, we reconstruct the second floor and successfully combine the other room into the master bedroom as a dressing room, and transform part of it into a hallway and built-in cabinets. We meticulously fashion a functional home with a smooth layout.



Considering the female homeowner’s profession, which is a graphic designer, and the male owner’s hobby of plastic model collecting; thus, we take a concise museum as the central theme. Furnish pure white structural surfaces coordinated with balmy wood furniture utterly complement the technicolored painting and collection, making it a distinctive feature of the residence. The simple patterns favor the holder buying new interior furnishing or rearranging the setting to rejuvenate their life.
