T-MAX Demonstration Area

The project is located in the core plot of the business district of Chongqing West Railway Station, which is the demonstration exhibition area of the second phase supporting project of the traffic hub of Chongqing West Railway Station, the most important TOD station-city transportation complex in southwest China. It will become a new window and a new gateway of Chongqing city circle and a new foothold for future urban development to the west.



Chongqing West Railway Station TOD railway station business district T-MAX plans to build a station-city structure of "one core, two wings and three industries". One core is the transportation hub of Chongqing West Railway Station, and the two wings are the modern headquarters base industrial cluster in the south wing and the Metaverse-themed commercial block in the north wing. Based on the future development trend, the south wing will build a modern headquarters office base, which is a demonstration park of future office and life style composed of modern single building offices + high-quality 5A Class office buildings + green ecology + science and technology intelligence.



The demonstration area is located in the south area, which will become the "mountain city parlor", with business, leisure and catering supporting functions. It is also the "second waiting hall", featuring efficient, convenient and ecological traffic performance. In addition, it is an "urban exhibition hall", which can present the miniaturized carrier of regional culture and development.



The architectural design is inspired by the concept of "natural growth", a huge "mountain city flower" blooms in the huge architectural grey space. In the design and implementation process of this theme modeling, the designers and the construction side have carried out research and development discussions on the construction scheme, material sample selection and sample pattern making for many times, and finally determined the use of mirror stainless steel material and seamless 3D integral molding techniques, adding some sense of future science and technology for the overall project.
