North Shore Green City sales office project

The project is situated in Qingdao, Shandong Province, adjacent to the first high-standard professional soccer field in the region, the Youth Soccer Field. Inspired by soccer and its values of perseverance, positivity, tenacity, and cooperation, the design team created a space that is both welcoming and powerful in appearance. The project tells a story of “sport” and “culture” to visitors.

To create a soccer field-like experience, the project is designed with different sections including a reception lobby, an enterprise exhibition hall, a sandbox area, a negotiation area, a viewing staircase and a children's activity area. Each section is designed around its specific function and incorporates soccer-themed elements. As visitors follow the dynamic flow of the space, they can experience the transition from the preparation room to the soccer field and feel the exhilaration of the game's exciting moments, which embodies the rhythm and enthusiasm of soccer.

The overall space is dominated by light colors, with ample panoramic windows that allow natural light to flood in and create a bright, airy visual experience. The cabinets and flooring are respectively finished in natural wood tones and darker hues, adding a sense of depth and stability to the space.
