National University Science & Technology Incubation Base

National University Science & Technology Incubation Base is located in the Science Park of Xi'an Jiaotong University, Yanta District, Xi'an, Shaanxi. In the design process, after considering different conditions such as building nature, geographical location, surrounding environment, orientation, sunshine and so on, the architectural layout adopts the pioneering approach of integrating the parts into the whole. It is divided into two buildings, the south building office complex and the north building apartment. The south building adopts the S-shaped continuous layout design, forming the inner courtyard enclosed by the north and south half, forming a good communication with the urban space and laying the spatial foundation of the dynamic place. At the same time, the line of sight of the interior space of the building is extended and improved. The building volume is designed and reversed in combination with the sunshine condition. The shape of the building becomes rich and interesting after the treatment of the retreating and wrong movement, and the overall form is well-proportioned, forming a rich terrace space. The staggered texture of the north building facade echoes the south building, forming a harmonious and stable building community as a whole.
