Gemdale Metropolitan Light Sales Center

The project is located in Gaoling Life Development Zone of Xi'an City. It is the first stop for the development of Xi'an North Cross. As the image card of the whole building, the demonstration area shows the relationship between the future users and the building itself, the environment and even the society.
Considering the use of kindergartens as sales offices in the early stage, based on the overall value of the project and the development sequence, we finally disposed the sales buildings in the southeast corner of the base, and the entrance of the exhibition area in the southwest corner of the base. In the limited space, expand the display space of the front view of the exhibition area in combination with the urban green belt. On the other hand, along the southern urban main road, it is also conducive to the image creation and display of the sales office.
In order to make the building more light, the first floor uses large area of floor glass and sets waterscape around the building. The customized ultra-white frameless glass curtain wall eliminates the indoor and outdoor boundaries of the first floor to the maximum extent.
On the south and west sides of the second and third floors, through the combination of champagne gold, light gold and pearly silver stainless steel leaves, and through the color gradient from top to bottom, the effect of the sunset is simulated, symbolizing the beam pouring down, and displaying the theme concept of "colorful urban life pavilion".
