Forest Fun up Close

This project is a single-story commercial office plan, with a total area covering about 450 square meters.

Its nature of hard short-term rentals, cross-industry operations and high traffic have given rise to multiple requirements including reception, commercial discussion, light catering and brand image needs.

The overall space adopts an open layout, integrating characteristic natural materials, key color blocks, geometric lines and style elements to imbue the space with vitality and tension. The reception area is set up with cubes spanning large widths overlapping across the counter body to create real and virtual perspectives, with stone and wood veneer surfaces to match. The feature wall uses dignified wood veneer interspersed with decorative mirrors, where intermittently visible light and shadows blur the boundaries of spaces. The ceiling features deliberately slanted wood wool cement board that provides for sound and heat insulation while echoing the vectors of the flooring texture, leaving visitors with the impression of a magnified space at first glance.

For the middle section of the space, a cross-shaped beam is cleverly incorporated into the wood cabin structure at the discussion area as a major project highlight. The bottom lights up to exude a sense of lightness. The insides are colored light green while the outside is covered with wood texture, with high-resolution forest imagery in the background to create depth of field from multiple perspectives.

The left side of the cabin is designated as light catering and office areas, featuring a color scheme of warm bright yellow, orange, red and mirrored black and facilities such as a coffee machine, rest area and shared office equipment to provide tenants with greater convenience.
