The Dawn

"The Dawn" is a residential housing project designed to create a serene and elegant living space for three generations families. The highlight of the living room is its 6 meters tall floor with floor-to-ceiling windows. These windows allow natural sunlight to flood the space from dawn till moonlight, with a stunning view of the magnificent Taipei cityscape.



The design seamlessly blends simplicity, modernity, and warmth. The color palette predominantly features pristine whites and soothing greys, creating a serene backdrop that allows the natural beauty of wooden materials to shine. Wooden accents are incorporated throughout the space, adding an organic charm and a grounding effect to the contemporary aesthetic. The open-concept layout connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, fostering a sense of togetherness and enabling easy interaction among family members.

Each of the private

Each of the private areas in the residence is equipped with its own walk-in closet, taking into consideration both design and storage functionality. The main bedroom is specially designed to provide ample space for the retired grandparents and offers a panoramic view of the city, including Taiwan's most iconic landmark, Taipei 101. Each room designs to allows each family member to have their own private time and space, catering to the needs of different generations.
