ITG Grand Mansion, Xiamen

The project is located in the Eastern Sports and Exhibition New City, Xiang'an District, Xiamen, where is the key planning area of the district. Xiamen is known as the "sea garden", while the project would be created as the “original series” of ITG and aimed to be a modern resort residence that could enjoy “island garden, sea life”, with the high intellectuals as the target customers.
The design team combined modernism with coastal resources, highlighting local characteristics and meeting residents' desire for excellent living and tranquil time.
In order to achieve the prefect effect, the designers had made multiple rounds of comparison on the choice of materials for each part. The frosted dark green corridor had been proofed for many times to show the style, while the paving chose featured parquet, inspired by the top international resort hotels, made of four kinds of brick materials, such as imitated Prada green, Hermes gray, platinum silver gray, and Versace black, and the space under trees was made of large leaves of green plants with ferns, creating an atmosphere of resort.
The Grand Mansion symbolizes the aesthetics of the times, a micro-ecological environment in a bustling city, here interprets the beautiful picture of Mori Island at sea.
