The project is located in Shiyan Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, and is an important node on the western development axis of Shenzhen. The south side of the land is adjacent to Wubei Station on Metro Line 6, and the east side is planned to have Metro Line 13, which is 200 meters away. It is the future transportation hub of Shiyan. This project includes a commercial area of 23250 square meters, commercial apartments of 30400 square meters, office space of 47680 square meters, public supporting facilities of 5770 square meters, and underground commercial space of 5000 square meters.

This project sets up a pedestrian "sky street" that runs through two plots of land and seamlessly connects with the subway station, achieving the design concept of "double first floors". It creates a three-dimensional slow moving system that facilitates communication with commercial, office, apartment, and public supporting facilities. At the same time, through rapid transfer with the bus terminal station, it utilizes rail stations to achieve station city integration and achieve three-dimensional connection of TOD.

In order to conform to the innovative style of New Bao'an and combine with the characteristic positioning of scientific and technological health in the Shiyan area, the project adopts a simple and modern style with a strong sense of technology. The four towers are cut in size and staggered with each other. The facade is concise and atmospheric, and the overall form is full of rhythm. The podium and other close to human scale facades are combined with different material combinations to create a more atmospheric and dynamic urban space.

The project will rely on transportation hubs as engines in the future, and activate the functions of the city through the superposition of commerce, industry, and housing, becoming a model of sustainable urban development.
