Easy Factory Headquarters

Easy Factory’s headquarters in Hong Kong exemplifies the hallmarks of our Modern French Garden concept. The design reimagines the traditional workspace by contrasting the juxtaposition of geometric forms, enhanced with illumination to elevate user experience.

The geometric aesthetics of the feature wall and hexagonal wood flooring create an inviting pathway at the entrance. The factory-like gridded glass brick wall, with subtle illumination of the map of France, symbolizes the company’s systematic and advanced production line and visionary French investment into the world of Easy Factory.

The core interior, featuring gridded glass partitions and floor-to-ceiling windows, bathes the space in a flood of natural light. The open plan intends to promote transparency and collaboration that transcend departmental boundaries. Custom-made rectangular LED light grids extend throughout the workspace, seamlessly merging aesthetics with functionality. Nature-inspired carpet mimics the soothing textures of pebbles and grass, creating a fluid flow across the interior.

The streamlined open space directs the gaze towards a visual anchor in organic form, an intentional contrast to the geometric design elements. This centrepiece features a horseshoe-shaped bar and a “Tree of Life” towering on an illuminated oak platform. The tree trunk, an up-cycled material from a fallen tree, is adorned with white leaves that cascade from the ceiling. TV screens aesthetically encase the tree and showcase the factory’s 24-hour real-time production in China to fortify the company’s energetic rhythm.

The bar features an illuminated resin art installation, emitting a soothing watery blue glow reminiscent of a tranquil river. Mechanical fountains positioned at each end of the “river” perpetually flow, symbolizing the continuous regeneration of energy and creativity within the workspace. The multi-purpose bar fuses ergonomics and practicability, serving as hidden storage space, an aesthetic platform for staff to exchange creative ideas and for corporate functions.

Inspired by the Modern French Garden, we interpreted the Easy Factory brand through the kaleidoscope of nature. The space fulfils the client’s brief to create a unified space that fosters collaboration, captivates the senses and sparks inspiration for its creative and innovative team.
