Shenzhen Herong Xiwan Sales Center

Shenzhen Herong Xiwan Sales Center is located in Xixiang, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, near the main road of Bao'an Avenue with convenient transportation. The total area of the sales center is 680 square meters, covering the sand table area, water bar area, negotiation area and other functional areas, which is the core of the image of the real estate project.

With the concept of "Art, Technology and Humanity", Shenzhen Herong Xiwan Sales Center is built on the theme of "Art and Technology Life Hall" to create a technological and artistic community, which rises from cultural attributes to social attributes and satisfies people's imagination of future life.
Considering that the project may be transformed into an automobile showroom in the later stage, the design team worked closely with the owner during the preliminary design stage to gain a deep understanding of the needs and objectives, and comprehensively considered the existing and future uses, utilizing curvilinear space shaping to alleviate the adaptability of the new uses in the later stage. In addition, regarding the spatial layout, the design adopts an open and permeable approach to create an open space pattern, and harmonizes the materials of the main space wall and floor, thus increasing the flexibility of the space to switch to different functional scenarios at a later stage.

In the development of this sales center, the design also incorporates Chinese Feng Shui culture, which conveys a progressive spatial active line, influencing the mood of the space by the change of scale, starting from the entrance to the foyer, the workmanship area, the display area and then to the negotiation area, utilizing the laws of nature to organize the space, forming a hierarchical change of starting, bearing, turning, merging, and gathering. Secondly, the interior of the space is based on the warm white color, using various materials such as rock plate, inorganic paint and mirror metal to realize the sense of harmony in each space and create a positive and pleasant atmosphere.
