Wuxi Taihu New Town CBD 3# Xinfa Building office project

Wuxi Taihu New Town is dedicated to building a new urban center in Wuxi. It is an open and ecological modern new town, and a gathering area for high-end business, financial institutions, corporate headquarters and professional services in Wuxi.  

The super-tall office commercial complex projects emphasize on the design for the use of public space, new high-rise buildings will be redefined in taihu new town planning in the east-west axial symmetry, in the form of taihu new town development is the result of water and fish gathered themselves together, and we will design the theme is blended in among them, downy curve through the overall plan, and present a new look of the city.  

The interior design is themed with "Misty rain in the South of the Yangtze River, blue waves in Taihu Lake", gestating the past and present of Wuxi. The design begins with the impression of Wuxi.  On the basis of the continuation of the architectural style, the wave structure of the local water culture of Taihu Lake is restructured, and the rhythmic sense of rippling water lines is integrated into the decoration, creating an innovative aesthetic scene rich in culture.  

By considering the relationship between architecture and interior space, the language of interior space is integrated into the design to break the boundary of natural extension.  Filled with comfort, the colour combination of low saturation, show the unique aesthetic concept, will be the color of the invisible spirit of natural elements into tangible, level through the line and plane, stone marble material with proper metal line ornament, natural fiber, cotton and linen cloth created artistic authenticity, connecting the relationship between art and nature.  The whole space is based on bright off-white, complemented by low saturation blue-green, blended in gray metallic color, rendering a low-key and luxurious texture.
