The location of the project is in the initial phase of the China Hainan Eco-Software Park, which follows the planning concept of "Industrial Green Island, Floating Nine Islands". The aim is to emphasize the mutual integration and spatial penetration among office clusters, and combine them with tropical vegetation and water landscaping to create a humanized office scene that feels like a tropical rainforest. As a pioneer in the digital economy field, this project is not only an industrial office park but also an accelerated and empowered ecological entity. With the favorable natural environment and production and service facilities, different enterprises can cooperate and accelerate their progress, making the ecological rainforest and the industrial rainforest resonate with each other. The tranquil and pleasant environment promotes inspiration, making it a place where individuals can "work in the park, innovate in life.”
A recently inaugurated park area has unveiled an awe-inspiring landscape design that seamlessly integrates a limitless pool with the surrounding architecture and nature. The breathtaking result is a poetic waterfront that leads to a high standard of human habitation. The design ingeniously incorporates the topography and adheres to the sponge city ecological theory, blending together island coolness, rainforest warmth, bird spirit, and natural waterfront elements. The outcome is a vivid and lively tropical rainforest spectacle that is sure to captivate visitors.
The water court is designed to be visually stunning, like a stage that showcases its beauty to visitors. The combination of curved and straight lines, along with the different heights and proportions of the water feature, creates a sense of softness and strength in the space. As a result, visitors are able to fully immerse themselves in this sensory experience, which leaves a lasting impression. The water court is nestled within greenery, with low aquatic plants and tall trees surrounding it. This creates an unexpected surprise for visitors when they enter the space. To bring people closer to the water, sunken pathways have been incorporated into the design, allowing visitors to relax and enjoy the natural scenery while relieving stress and finding a sense of healing.
