According to the client’s life plans and desires, the overall space is dominated by blue and cold water model that symbolizes restraint and a low-key vibe, complemented by the dark wooden furniture, in order to create a home full of taste and texture. The master plan outlines a gentleman like home-style through clean lines, spacious area and customized furniture. This project is based on calm blue and fair-faced concrete design. The delicate design elements show the client’s high preference. In addition, the bedroom is designed with a modern attitude, inspiring a sense of warmth, comfort, and calm. The overall design is composed of clean lines, smooth circulation, and hidden storage configuration. The space is carefully planned as a laid-out space so that everyone can feel a sense of broadness and comfort since the moment one step through the door. The specially customized furniture give gives a sophisticated sense of luxury as well as the configured color proportion and pattern distribution enlarges the visual perception and reflects the socioeconomic status of the client. After taking the needs of the client into account, the design team adjusted the three-bedroom configuration layout into a two-bedroom, by flipping the entrance into a common area, the living room area become broadens and the social function of the house improves as well. The communication between the client and the design team since the early planning stage, and use 3D rendering is fundamental to ensure the design that fulfills the client’s needs and creates a comfortable gentleman like environment through a bold color matching.
