The most attractive point of this layout design lies in the fully-open scenario created by LDK+X space. LDK upholds the concept to promote the social interactions and connections between family members and clients, so it creates a seamless flow between living room, dining room and kitchen, making it easier for people to communicate and engage in various activities when they spend time together. In the meantime, LDK uses consistent materials, colors and elements in this design to maintain the visual continuity, in which way different areas are given the good-looking appearance as a coordinated whole. The open space design by LDK has been favored by many, because it provides a modern and spacious feel. While guaranteeing enough space, it presents as broad view as possible and makes the greatest use of the geographic environment resources. Furthermore, by including the balcony into the indoor space, the boundaries are blurred and the whole space is more continuous, thus connecting people and nature more closely. The living room is upgraded into multiple spaces for various scenarios, so the whole space can accommodate for more needs. The large book shelf displayed can be regarded as a way to measure the space. Different than traditional study, the natural light is used, bringing much relief to people’s internal and spiritual life with all the treasured stories and collections. The background made of Pandora sintered stone dominates the visual sense by the natural texture, and cool feel reminds people of the nature, so that people would feel that they are at home, a place far away from all the hustle and bustle.

Inspired by the lush green scenery and garden, the master bedroom takes the vigorous green color, while the children’s room follows the soothing pink color. The green color tone matches with the beige leather and the natural wood finish, creating a look which is nothing but harmony. Generally speaking, the use of colors makes the rooms refreshing and lively.
